Could you please update this diff to *not* reindent code that isn't touched? I know that'll make the code inconsistently updated, but I'd much rather update it in a separate NFC PR, since this PR as-is is gigantic and the diff isn't obvious.

Also, I believe this is basically the same as https://github.com/swiftlang/llvm-project/pull/12613, CC @compnerd
