[Openmp-dev] AMDGPU and clang-tools-extra

Is this

-DLLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS="clang" -DLLVM_ENABLE_RUNTIMES="openmp"

correct? I used, and Spack as well, combined them (clang and openmp
projects) together indeed in ENABLE_PROJECTS.
