[Openmp-dev] Does LLVM's OpenMP support thread pooling?

Hi,

I've read the link

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/performance-obstacles-for-threading-how-do-they-affect-openmp-code
that says the thread pooling technique may be used by OpenMP implementation.
Does LLVM's OpenMP implemented this?
