FYI - Since Clang/LLD 23, it's possible to build some projects (including openmp) much easier for ARM64X; by just including the `-marm64x` option to the compiler, the compiler internally compiles for both aarch64 and arm64ec and builds a nested object file. If linking with LLD, it extracts both object files, and allows you to link an ARM64X DLL essentially without having to do any build system trickery like this.
