The AArch64 premerge failure is unrelated to this PR, it's `-Werror`,`-Wunused-template` on `filterForDialect` in `mlir-tblgen/DialectGen.cpp` and on nanobind's vendored `robin_hash.h`, neither of which this PR touches (it changes only `VectorOps.cpp` and `canonicalize.mlir`). The same job passed on the previous commit here, and it's currently failing on unrelated PRs too. All other builders are green.
