Quick comment ( not in spot to review properly but wanted to mention in case it helps), to check on the rendering, you can look at mlir-www repo and the GitHub action that produces the website (Ive been meaning to just make it a script proper rather than nested). With that + regular Hugo local hosting should render it locally as it would on web.
