[llvm-foundation] Topics for the LLVM Foundation BoF at the DevMtg?

This organization is pretty common for OSS nonprofits like LLVM (e.g. Mozilla, FSF and others follow this model), but we’ll add it to the list to discuss in the BoF, thanks!
