I feel there is a missing option: "SVN is annoying and getting rid of it would straighten my processes".

Also I'm not sure what you expect to take from "3": someone who don't know git will necessarily have a period of of lower productivity but it has to be a transition cost.
(And you phrased it as "big impact" which seems dubious)
