[llvm-dev] [RFC] llvm-elfabi/ifs merge plan

Hi Haowei

This is a nice merge plan.
I'd be happy to start reviewing patches.

The only thing I saw possibly missing from the draft proposal was the field
for  'ObjectFormat: ELF/PECOFF/TBD' (which for now should be unused?).
Do we still want to do that?
