[llvm-dev] Some appears to be wrong with the buildbot master

Hello,
Something appears to be wrong with the buildmaster, only 4 of the bots on
https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/waterfall appear are active, this seems to
be because the last buildrequest was 19 hours ago (
https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/pendingbuildrequests). Commits are still
being made to the llvm-project repo so I think the buildmaster is not
functioning correctly. Restarting the PowerPC bots has had no effect and
they seem to be connected to the buildmaster just fine, i.e no errors
reported.
