After the switch to the monorepository,
http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/ is stale. The subversion repository
is the source for the official git clone at
https://git.llvm.org/git/llvm.git which is the source for
https://github.com/llvm-mirror. Hence, all these are stale as well.

Before the switch we have discussed about an SVN mirror of the
monorepository. A possible solution was a bot that would split the
monorepository back to the old repository for each commit and made
accessible through GitHib's SVN bridge:
https://help.github.com/en/github/importing-your-projects-to-github/support-for-subversion-clients.
Any any case, the git hashes would be necessarily different from the
previous llvm-mirrors.

This has not been implemented and I guess it never will. You should
switch to the official repository located at
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project.
