[LLVMdev] [3.6 Release] Please write release notes!

Hello again,

If you made a change to LLVM, Clang, or any of the sub-projects since
3.5 that is release notes-worthy, or see anything missing from the
current notes, please make sure it gets mentioned.

The release notes live on the 3.6 branch. For example, the LLVM notes
are at [1], and the Clang notes at [2].

If you don't want to check out the branch and commit to it yourself,
send me an email with the text, and I'll be more than happy to commit
it for you.
