[LLVMdev] [3.6 Release] Release Candidate 1 available

Hello all,

Source and binaries for LLVM 3.6.0-rc1 are available at
http://llvm.org/pre-releases/3.6.0

Please try them out, run tests, build your favourite project, and
*file bugs* about anything that doesn't work and needs to be fixed for
the release. Please CC me on any bugs filed.

Known issues:

- There are no ARMv7 binaries: bootstrapped Clang is failing lots of
tests [1]. This issue is not resolved yet, and may show up on other
platforms too; let us know if you have any clues.

- PR22262 has been fixed on the 3.6 branch, but after the rc1 tag.
