[LLVMdev] Sanitizer test failure

Could it be that I'm misunderstanding signal semantics, and SIGUSR1 is
not guaranteed to be delivered (to the same process!) before kill()
returns? Could you check if that's what happens by adding a sleep()
somewhere?
