If you're looking for java to llvm transformation, you should have a look to the VMKit project instead (which is also part of the LLVM framework).

I think the iced tea JVM project also has a JIT compiler based on LLVM ( http://icedtea.classpath.org/wiki/ZeroSharkFaq )
