Actually... the page is a big superflous, given that the "downloads" are
out-of-date since llvm-tv is now checked into LLVM CVS (llvm-tv module)
and the documentation that's there is also in the same CVS module
(llvm-tv/docs) including the images that the Internet archive seems to
be missing.

So, yes, we can set up a similar system for mirroring CVS docs for
llvm-tv as we do for LLVM.  Maybe someone should do that. ;)
