Removing `vscale_range(2,0)` does not change any of the CHECK lines in these functions. I suppose instead of creating new test file I can add `sve` run line in `llvm/test/CodeGen/AArch64/ctlz.ll` and `llvm/test/CodeGen/AArch64/cttz.ll`?
