LOG: [DAG] isKnownToBeAPowerOfTwo - add missing DemandedElts handling to ISD::TRUNCATE and hidden m_Neg pattern (#190190)

Use MaskedVectorIsZero to match X & -X pattern when only DemandedElts
match the negation pattern

Fixes #181654 (properly)
