Thanks for the review. Yeah the existing SPIR-V one takes a similar amout of time. 

Good point, @KseniyaTikhomirova can you take a look at this question? I know the SYCL FE is still in active delveopment, so maybe we want to make sure we use that to build libsycl (including tests)?
