I should clarify: in my measurement I did't include the effect of the `riscv-v-slp-prefer-alt-opc-vectorization" flag. From previous experiments I know that this strided load pattern happens only in x264 and when I did these experiment there was no need in the flag. After I rebased on recent llvm, this stopped working on x264. So, I temporarily introduced the flag to postpone the investigation of what the proper solution for that should be.
