Subject: [PATCH 2/2] [InstCombine] Keep or disjoint after folding casted
 bitwise logic

Optimize
`or disjoint (zext/sext a) (zext/sext b))`
to
`(zext/sext (or disjoint a, b))`
without losing disjoint.
