Yes, I have seen this issue on other pull requests earlier today (e.g. [here](https://buildkite.com/llvm-project/github-pull-requests/builds/134306#019442c3-68f0-410c-b722-8efafd8c5e72)). Hence, I am quite sure it is unrelated.
