Subject: [PATCH] [ConstraintElim] Support adding facts from switch
terminators.
After 4a5bcbd5602, switch instructions can now be handled in a
straight-forward manner by adding (ICMP_EQ, ConditionVal, CaseVal) for
te successor blocks per case.
