I've reverted it in b21909c0fc6adc62c2077037fcc8eec5f7cdbdd7 <https://reviews.llvm.org/rGb21909c0fc6adc62c2077037fcc8eec5f7cdbdd7> for now, as the win bots are red due to multiple stacked failures and it'd be good to have a green build before the next regression :)
