Changes:
- Fix interleave code generation for `SelectIVICmp` and `SelectIVFCmp`.
- Fix the internal compiler error for `MinMaxFirstIdx` and `MinMaxLastIdx` when -force-vector-width=1.
- Update test cases. Add more run command lines.
