LOG: [AArch64][SVE] NFC: Guard all SVE tests for TypeSize warnings.

This patch adds a bunch of CHECK lines to guard against implicit
conversions of TypeSize -> uint64_t occuring in code-paths that previously
were safe for scalable vectors.
