LOG: [TableGen][GlobalISel] add handling of nested *_SUBREG

When nesting INSERT_SUBREG and EXTRACT_SUBREG, GlobalISelEmitter would
fail to find the register class of the nested node. This patch fixes
that for registers with subregs.
