[llvm] r329200 - [llvm-exegesis] Temporarily disable a few tests.

I believe that's because the built googletest executables are still present
in the build folder. (I.e. removing the add_subdirectory stanza does not
clean the artifacts that would have been built in the subfolder).

Triggering a clean build should resolve that.
