[compiler-rt] r295364 - [PGO] Suspend SIGKILL for PR_SET_PDEATHSIG in profile-write

The test is too unstable and is affecting our buildbots. I have
reverted both this patch and the later fixup in r295664.

Discussions can be taken offline to fix and recommit.
