buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x64-ninja-win7

Cmake and ninja have been updated from 3.1.2 and 1.5.3 to 3.2.3 and 1.6.0.
First full build with these versions - http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/clang-x64-ninja-win7/builds/6800.

Hello Matthias,
Increeasing the timeout doesn't seem a right thing to do here, since normally this step takes a bit less than 4 minutes. Since the build in question stalled for more than 20 minutes, something else obviously were happening there. Intensive swapping, maybe?
Updating the ninja seems a good idea, unless Denis has a special reason to use that exact version of ninja.

this buildbot seems to be simply timing out without a reason, can the timeout be increased? Also is there a way to install a new enough cmake (3.2) + ninja (1.5) so the ninja console pool feature is available and "ninja check" outputs continuously and not just after all tests are run that would avoid the necessity for long buildbot timeouts altogether AFAIK.
