[PATCH] Test-suite: the spiff test fails if the suite repo is cloned on Windows due to the wrong EOL property on the reference output file.

spiff/spiff.reference_output EOL character property set to "native". Otherwise, Sample.{1-4} files and the reference output get different EOLs on Windows and the test fails.
