It is a typo. It's intended to be:
bool ErrorAndEatStatement(SMLoc L, const Twine &Msg,
ArrayRef<SMRange> Ranges = None,
bool MatchingInlineAsm = false) {
Parser.eatToEndOfStatement();
return Error(L, Msg, Ranges, MatchingInlineAsm); // NOTE: Error
instead of Parser.Error
}
