[PATCH] Implement a bunch of custom glibc wrappers & corresponding tests.

Hi pcc,

http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2234 has been reverted because of a failure caused by the script to check if all wrappers are implemented and tested. This patch reapplies all the changes, but does not run such test (which succeeds when run manually).
