[PATCH] Update code listings in LLVM tutorial

Dear all,

It seems that the code listings in LLVM tutorial no longer compile
because the headers are moved. The attached patch removes the code from
the document and includes the latest code from examples directory via
literalinclude sphinx directive. Is this OK to commit? Thanks.
