[PATCH] ARM: fix VMOVvnf32 decoding

Hi,

This patch fixes the decoding of VMOV when ambiguous with VCVT (i.e.
custom VCVT decoder chooses to decode VMOV).
It enforces Table A7-15 with op=1 and cmode=0b111
