Please merge https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/c6ebc651b6fa ("[LLD]
Support compressed input sections on big-endian targets") into 13.0.0.

This fixes bug 51369, "ld.lld reports "unsupported compression type" on
big-endian objects".
