CURRENT STATUS

I know mostly just "llvm" from the folder-structure

I went to the issue-tracker

https://bugs.llvm.org/enter_bug.cgi

to file an issue related to "llvm", and i get this:

"First, you must pick a product on which to enter a bug:"

The list does not contain "llvm", I start looking around, get frustrated.

After "fighting around", I realized that the relevant entry is "libraries".
This should be renamed to "llvm" in order to avoid confusion for newcomers.

EXPECTED

When visiting

https://bugs.llvm.org/enter_bug.cgi

I expect to see a Project entry for "llvm", and a general structure which
resembles the mono-repo root tree.
