cli-compiler-err-msg  & c source file & crash reproducer for clang

1 I installed llvm 11.0 on Centos7 (kernel 5.4.96) by complied llvm source
code.
2 Then complie a very simple C source file, with "-target bpf"
3 plz check the attachment.
