https://github.com/rust-lang/llvm-project/commit/6ffcb2937c96bd0d7a55b984b5eb8f381b68e322
onto the release branch, which fixes handling of absolute paths in llvm-dwp.

This is needed by split dwarf support in rustc
(https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/82102).
