i use llvm like JIT, when i link my program with llvm components, 
linker found all stati libraries, but not libPolly.a

error: '/usr/lib/llvm-11/lib/libPolly.a', needed by 'nia', missing and no known
rule to make it

i think someone deleted some line from building configuration
