Please merge

01ad4c838466bd5db180608050ed8ccb3b62d136 ("[LLD][ELF][ARM][AArch64] Only round
up ThunkSection Size when large OS.")

as a fix for

86d24193a9eb45d7bf3745fc2de96cd4e197b08a ("[LLD][ELF][AArch64][ARM] When errata
patching, round thunk size to 4KiB.")

into 10.0.0. This resolves an issue with linking the arm64 Linux kernel's
allyesconfig target: https://github.com/ClangBuiltLinux/linux/issues/812.
