            Bug ID: 47146
           Summary: Failure to optimize strlen of zero-length string
                    obtained from strlen
           Product: libraries
           Version: trunk
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P
         Component: Scalar Optimizations
          Assignee: unassignedbugs at nondot.org
          Reporter: gabravier at gmail.com
                CC: llvm-bugs at lists.llvm.org

size_t f(char *p)
{
    return strlen(p + strlen(p));
}

This can be optimized to `return 0;`. This transformation is done by GCC, but
not by LLVM.
