- follow the build env [setup for mozilla firefox
browser](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/setup/windows_build.html)
  - EXCEPTION: use MSVC2017 instead of 2019!
- use a MOZCONFIG for an optimized `browser` build (I can provide one in case
someone needs to really do this)
- `./mach build`
