According to [1], git was supposed to be mirrored to svn.  However, FWICS no
new commits appear in svn repos.  Would be nice to actually implement that to
restore buildbots that haven't been converted to git yet.

I suppose this will also restore the split git repos that are convenient to
downstreams.
