Clang-9 segfaults, during Firefox build, on test-ctors and test-arrays. It's
reproducible on the same spot with Slackware Linux LLVM 9.0.0 packages, my own
built packages on Slackware, as well as Arch Linux packages that I built.

It occurs if I use -march=corei7 (been doing that for a long time)

It does not occur if I --disable-elf-hack.

It does not occur in either case if I remove the -march=corei7

I am aware that may be unwise, but the compiler obviously should not crash, so
I'm reporting this anyway.
