This change adds the ability to parse -elfv1 -elfv2 when specified on target
triple, for an alternative way to set the OpenPower ABI version on
FreeBSD/PowerPC64.
This is part of the set of fixes changing FreeBSD system compiler to clang8, on
PowerPC.
