This fixes PR40740 by implementing getThunkSectionSpacing() on PowerPC64.
Without this, start section of large binaries linked with lld gets corrupted on
FreeBSD.


This is part of the set of fixes needed to change FreeBSD system compiler to
clang8, on PowerPC.
