Not building it with libpfm makes llvm-exegesis benchmark mode completely
non-functional:

$ llvm-exegesis-9 -mode=inverse_throughput -opcode-name=ADDPSrr
LLVM ERROR: benchmarking unavaliable, LLVM was built without libpfm.
