llvm-readelf is primarily intended for those migrating away from the GNU
readelf tool. The GNU tool does not provide the Mach-O and COFF options that
are available in llvm-readobj, so it might be nice to reduce the complexity of
the llvm-readelf help text by hiding these options. See also commentary on
