I just built LLVM and clang against trunk.  When I run make install, it fails
with:
llvm[4]: Making install directory
/scratch/bb-slaves/mipssw004/LLVM_optimize_install/install/include/clang/Frontend
/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file
`/scratch/bb-slaves/mipssw004/LLVM_optimize_install/install/include/clang/Config/config.h':
No such file or directory
